How azaadkalam.in handles your information: no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

This website, www.azaadkalam.in (“Azaad Kalam”, “we”), is the official platform of author N. Singh (Nathuni Singh). We have built it to collect as little about you as possible. This policy explains what little we do handle and why.

What we do not collect

  • There are no user accounts, sign-ups or forms on this website.
  • We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and set no tracking cookies.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade any information about our visitors.

Information handled by our hosting provider

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare automatically processes technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request — to deliver the pages, keep them fast and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for this purpose. This information is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to us at the email address on the Contact page, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to read and reply to your message — for example about a bulk order, an interview or an invitation — and we do not add you to any mailing list.

YouTube videos

Videos from Chintansheel Awaz are shown as a still image until you press play. Only when you click play does the video load from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). From that point, Google’s privacy policy applies to the video.

Buttons such as “Buy on Amazon”, the publisher’s store, and our YouTube, Instagram and X profiles take you to other websites. Share buttons open WhatsApp or another app only when you click them. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information you have sent us (for example, an email), or raise a grievance about how it was handled. Write to us at the address on the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for a general adult readership and does not knowingly collect information from children.
